We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns:


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item is significantly different from its description

Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/video).


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds if:

  • You ordered the wrong size/color by mistake

  • You changed your mind after shipment

  • The item was delayed by customs or shipping carriers

  • Minor differences exist between product photo and actual item


3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@gentlebabe.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Attach clear photos of the item.

  3. Our support team will confirm eligibility.

  4. If approved, we’ll share return instructions.

Note: Most of our products ship directly from suppliers. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.


4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at support@gentlebabe.com. After this period, orders are likely already in processing and cannot be cancelled.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
